  SHIPPING, RETURN and REFUND POLICIES 

LIMITED EDITION FIGURES

Products sold under the Limited Edition category are on a pre-order basis. Upon the placement of the order, BoBo Rhino proceeds with production process and products are shipped to customers within the maximum of 2 months begining from the date of the order placement. Apart from this section, relevant information is provided to customers under the product information during the ordering process. In the case of unforseen circumstances which could cause further delay of the shipping process, BoBo Rhino holds responsible of timely informing the customer and the later has the right to not accept and withdraw the order. Under such circumstances the customer will get fully refunded.  

Shipping is handled by specific postal services and is always carried through via a tracking system. BoBo Rhino is responsible of informing customers on the date of shipment and provides a tracking number to the customer. Shipping options are provided during the checkout process. BoBo Rhino does not ship products world wide. In the case which shipping options are not available during the checkout process, the customer may assume that BoBo Rhino does not ship to the specific country.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the postal services quotes for each geographical region. Shipping costs also include relevant packaging costs.

Limited edition figures are uniquely numbered products and can be returned and replaced only due to damage or faults on product. In the unfortunate case of receiving damaged or faulty products the customer may inform BoBo Rhino as to initiate a return process. Under this context the damaged product should be returned to BoBo Rhino and the later will replace the product.  The unique number of the limited edition figure will remain the same as the initial numbering.  

In any case returns are accepted only upon contacting BoBo Rhino within 15 days of receiving the product. 

As this category refers to Limited Edition figures, a refund for the product is only possible only during the pre-ordering phase and in the case which BoBo Rhino has not shipped products within the promised two months begining from the date of the order. For the cases of damaged or faulty products the abovementioned return and replacement process takes place after informing BoBo Rhino.

UNIQUE FIGURES

This category of products refers to unique pieces of art. Shipping takes place within 1 week of placing the order. Shipping of these products require additional packaging care as they are delicate products. Customer has the option to request from BoBo Rhino to deliver the pieces at a relevant show which both parties will participate. BoBo Rhino will communicate with the customer as to discuss the option of delivering to a show. In the case which the unique piece will be delivered via posting services this will take place only via courrier, shipped as a delicate product and the product will be insured. Unique pieces cannot be replaced. Any damages on piece during shipping should be reported to the courier service upon receipt of product as to initiate the insurance process. Upon acceptance from the courier company customer acknowledges that the product is in tact and acceptable.

MERCHANDISE

Apparel and other merchandise products are shipped within 10 days of order. 

Shipping options are provided during the checkout process. BoBo Rhino does not ship products world wide. In the case which shipping options are not available during the checkout process, the customer may assume that BoBo Rhino does not ship to the specific country.

Replacement of products may take place only upon informing BoBo Rino within 15 days from receipt of goods. Upon agreement the customer will return the product (i.e if another size is required) and BoBo Rhino will replace it accordingly.
